  8. Know why and how you can rest Zone. Is this what your talking about? This is what is necessary for me. #restzone -need to create that. Sounds good to me. Here is a start to high performance. Only from rest in what we have are we able to have to drive to serve.

  9. In my observation of myself I realized that when I become comfortable in my endeavors then I lose that monomaniacal focus on my ambitions. The struggles serves as a catalyst for growth, for example as a cyclist I started and I found the hills hard as I ride more up hills the better cyclist I become, same applies to life, the more struggles I face the better I become. I never attended a high school a day in my life due to circumstances in my upbringing. I took responsibility and used those difficulties in my life, I graduated with a law degree, I will be admitted as a attorney in a few months as well as completing a Masters degree. Never give up, start with the micro, small mundane habits creates the life we dream of. J Kuyler

  10. Really right. Who knew that reaching your goals in life could be so disappointing. All of a sudden all the zest has left your picture of the future and you feel paralyzed in your current situation. Had it not been for a setback in my health l’d of had no good luck at all. I had definitely reached my goal but had nothing new to look forward to. Since I am no longer able to do what I was used to I had to change goals and once again have that zest for life. Important information to those who have reached a goal and feel disappointed that they have. Thanks again

  11. I seriously think this guy is Psychic Everytime he uploads the topic of the video is exactly what I needed to hear that day is it only me LOL?

  12. Addendum to my first comment. I must admit that I committed on the video only seconds into it and paused it so I could type in my comments. After sending you the message I continued listening to your video. Was even more impressed than I was at the beginning. So I suppose there is a second lesson to be learned here. Although right on with my first comment if I wasn’t so quick to jump to responding to great information I could probably be able to reduce the amount of typing that I have to do Lol. Thanks again for your presentation

Take risks everybody. What’s the worst that could happen? You could fail, that’s it. What to do then? Take another risk. Life’s too short to not do what you love.

THIS!!! So many people find what’s necessary to get out of their comfort zone when they hit difficult times. If you can figure it sooner, not only can you lead a more abundant life, but you can avoid a great deal of pain too. If you are in your comfort zone, push to get out and try new things.
