    Very interesting , informative and important. Way to often people will overdramatize the importance of a need of their’s only for you to find out later that they’ve forgotten all about what they needed done so badly. Great presentation. Thanks

    This is so true. Getting overwhelmed can thwart productivity. You gotta push through it and be consistent. Doing this will give you freedom from those boundaries life throws at you. Keep motivating and encouraging!

    The key is learning to say “no”. People always want to stack stuff on your desk, you have to be prepared to say no when it’s overwhelming. Excellent Brendon

  12. Timely video. In the past month or so I’ve been having internal talks with myself about what I need to do for something, step by step whether it’s on a small scale when finishing up in the kitchen after cooking/making a smoothie or cleaning around the house to more major things such as handling day to day situations at work or non-work big situations.

    I realized I have a penchant for letting things overwhelm me no matter what, and don’t let someone interrupt with a request for me to do something else when I already have my timing aligned for other things. Lol. The anxitey kicks in real hard, then.

    I think this all stems from my childhood where my parents seemed to ALWAYS want me to do something for them, someone else, yada, plus they always seemed to be on our backs (3 yr younger sister for about 5yrs plus before my youngest sister came along) about things even when we did what was asked/tasked nor did they give any praise or thank you.

    Edit – I should also note that I tell myself that it’s ok and there’s no need to get anxious. I know the more I recognize when I’m in those moments then remember to tell myself these things, it will become 2nd nature to the point I just won’t feel overwhelmed, ever.
