    last workout & this, a really great deep stretch & balancing workout, was

    I am getting into racing dirtbikes. I noticed the balance is where i excel,
    but the strength is where i am weak. 2nd time on the routine and I think
    i’ll do it 3-4 more times to really pull together those core strengths!!

    Daniel this is an awesome workout. Throughout the entire workout I thought
    things like: I wish I knew about this kind of stuff when I was a clumsy
    awkward kid trying to play sports but I’m glad to have it now as a fit 50+
    year old who wants to do everything possible to stay that way. Please don’t
    apologize for it as boring. Instead, please offer more like this.
