    Great tips, I wish I had heard them when I started meal prepping because mine was trial and error. I still have to keep myself in check when shopping because I can overdo it. Thanks

    I saw this on replay this was a great video to learn from. I use the Pepperplate app on my iphone. On my computer I get the Pepperplate app and i type in all my best recipes and it synchronizes to my phone. Then when I’m at the grocery store I buy my ingredients

  7. I set my laptop on and watch Netflix or podcast while i prep food. I don’t like to prep actual meals but i always prep my fruits and veggies for the 2 weeks and it makes it way easier. We don’t like eating pre-cooked then re-heated food so i just have everything ready to cook. I know some people don’t have the time to spend 30mins-1 hour cooking every night. But if you hate re-heated food like we do you can at least prep the raw good so that come cook time it’s all ready to throw on.

    Whew girl, Dani!!! I can’t hang with the shop and then meal prep! I must be a light weight. Hahaha…. however, that’s because I shop on Friday after work, meal prep in part on Saturday (boil, bake or chop components) and on Sunday, I watch Youtube and spend a few hrs in the kitchen to relax and cook. (who does that?) But it’s a 3 day affair, but, all of my meals come from my kitchen, so it’s required. Great advice for shopping tho! 🙂

    I like the way you meal prep. I am not a big fan of eating the same meals everyday. But having key ingredients ready to go is very helpful. I tried planning the whole month out before, that was a headache. I like having one or two meals planned and then having what I need to whip up meals on the fly. Your videos on meal prep have been very helpful!
