Happy Valentine’s Day! We normally post on Fridays BUT I couldn’t resist sharing some chocolate recipes with you today (so I popped in a day early!). I’ve shared these recipes in the past, but wanted to create one video for all of my chocolate lovers out there. And remember, while this are all great for Valentine’s Day, they are also delicious all throughout the year and would be great additions to your weekend meal prep. Sending you lots of LOVE. XO – Dani

  3. Thanks for sharing. .. I’m sure this will be my next favourite dessert. Good bless you and your family.

Hello, all of those look so good. However can you substitute the Coconut flour with another flour. We are Dairy Free, Egg Free and Coconut Free because in my house those are the food allergies that we have. Yes so much fun lol, but have adapted and enjoy foods that do not have these products. Thank you for sharing and have a wonderful day.

  5. Delicious

  6. The mug cake looks like a winner!!!!

Can ground almonds be used in replacement for almond flour?

  10. Can i sub almond flour for the coconut flour in the brownie recipe?

    • Clean & Delicious // 14th February 2019 at 7:29 pm // Reply

Coconut flour is particularly absorbent and sucks up a lot of moisture. Replacing coconut flour for almond flour (or grain flours) requires that you adjust the amount of liquid and eggs added. A good starting point is to substitute 1 cup of almond flour with 1/4 cup (1 ounce) of coconut flour. (straight from Google – lol).

  11. Thanks, Dani! Any substitutes for the coconut sugar in the cookie recipe?

Can that mug cake be made in the oven?

  13. Thats superb. Amazing. I just sent someone to get Avocados and bananas. But let me ask, can you use plain flour to substitute almond or coconut flour? What about corn flour?

    • Clean & Delicious // 14th February 2019 at 7:26 pm // Reply

It’s tricky to sub wheat or corn flour for the almond or coconut flour because they all have different textures and yield different results. But if you decide to try, I would love to hear how it goes.

    • Thx for the reply. I will let u know how it goes. Then again, can u substitute maple syrup for honey?

Happy Valentine’s day Dani and I would like to try the double chocolate avocado brownies.

  15. I would love to try all of these recipes but I am allergic to coconut so I will try the mug cake and use butter instead of the coconut oil! They all look divine!

  16. Trying the mug cake tomorrow for sure!

  17. Aubrey Danielle // 14th February 2019 at 8:37 pm // Reply

Always love your recipes! Can’t wait to try these!

  18. Thank-you , delicious loved it
I made two kind of brownies gluten free ,so delicious,

  19. I learn that cacao is much better…it is super food….son should have cocoa

  20. its healthier to peel the skin off the avocado, instead of scoop it out with a spoon. the most nutrients are located closer to the skin, and a spoon doesn’t get it all out
