GREEN PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE DISH
1/2 cup water (or your favorite milk).
1/3 cup pumpkin puree.
1/2 frozen banana.
1 cup of child spinach.
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder.
1/3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.
A couple of ice cubes.
Pop all of the active ingredients into a mixer and mix up until thick and velvety. Pour into your preferred glass and enjoy!
