That is precisely what hunter-gather consumed for centuries with no weight problems or chronic illness like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer or dementia.Today, I would not recommend anybody to eat 12 pounds of food daily, due to the fact that the food in our society lacks one major secret component that our ancestors consumed in nearly all their food– fiber!
