  2. I want to know what Dwayne Johnson’s Doctor is giving him !!! I believe certain medications if used properly can help esp. the older folks increase muscle size and strength, as diet and excercise can only do so much ! We need to get this information out to the public and out of the dark shadows like marijuana was for many years

    • you dont need to eat three meals a day you are already misinforming people with bullshit sheep information Intermittent fasting is what people need to do each day. 1 time a day you eat all your food in an 8 hour window. Not three meals. You 100% DO not need breakfast or lunch. I have been doing this for many many years. I am in better health then 99% of the people i come across in my life. I Have not been sick for over 10 years not even a cold.

      Intermittent fasting is great but it does not require eating only one meal a day.
      I eat four meals in a 12 hour window and at 50 years old I am fit and healthy and rarely ever get sick and
      I only exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes or less.
      There are many pathways to good health.

    • Relax, everybody. Not everyone is the same, we have different needs and we function differently. While I find it easiest to skip breakfast (I just have a cup of tea in the morning), others might not be able to thrive by doing that. Also, when you say “intermittent fasting”, it doesn’t mean 1-2 meals. You could theoretically eat 10 meals in a 6 hour window. The whole point is to limit the amount of time that the body is spending digesting calories. You’re already “intermittently fasting” for 8 hours by just getting a good night’s sleep. The idea is to extend that period to 12, 16 or more hours. Once you reach 18-20 hours, your stomach is not only empty, it has also shrunk and you will feel full sooner. That’s one of the reasons it’s easier to restrict calories on intermittent fasting. Eating unprocessed/Paleo/low carb makes it even easier to avoid cravings since your blood sugar won’t be on a roller coaster ride

    You can’t get parasites from junk food but you can get it from raw meat or uncooked things

    • You can get parasites from bad water, or bad meat. What’s your point? Eat junk food? Only eat cooked food? What school is this?

      So…. You can get parasites from bad water. Does that mean that you are going to stop drinking water? Drink clean water. Eat good meat and fruit. You get preservatives and and toxins and GMOs and gluten and lectins from chips. I got kicked out of public school, so I still don’t understand what your point is.

      FWIW, did they not teach you to capitalize your first person singular pronoun, and the first word in a sentence, in your English class?

    • Keep genetics, diet and other factors in mind. Not everybody’s cheekbones will be clearly visible. Dude could be in incredible cardiovascular shape and have a healthy heart and still look chubby in the face

  14. Jeff you should look into the Wim Hoff method for cold training.

  15. Physical health and spiritual/mental health go hand in hand. Yoga helps do both and meditation is great as well

  16. Keto and Intermittent fasting. All you need to do to loose weight and be healthy and strong. Lower carbs and increase healthy fats to stop you feeling hungry. Study about how insluin and sugar affects the body and causes inflammation. I don’t even count calories.

    What a stupid thumbnail. That is NOT ‘fitness’ or ‘well being’ that pic of Arnie is BODY DISMORPHIA. That is an extreme, unnatural body and takes about $200 per day to maintain, NOT very smart for anarchists getting self sufficient and LESS reliant on the system.
    How much TIME do you imagine it takes to maintain such a body, and WHO would really wnat to look like that exceopt someone mentally ill, like those plastic girls who keep getting bigger plastic boobie implants because they are never happy with thier NATURAL FORM.
    i am not saying slob out, i do push ups and a basic workout to maintain strength and posture and agility, all that heavy lifting is a waste of time and energy.
    it’s for dull, slow, stupid guys who are naturally big and are thus ‘beasts of burden’ whose role on this earth is to be put to work by more intelligent men.
