This something I will definitely add to the end of a lower body strength training routine or bodyweight lower body routine. Also, this is good as a stand alone for me considering I can’t do too much right now. Thank you Kelli!

Hey FB Family, how are you? We’re working on some big, exciting bts projects for you – working on making Fitness Blender better, and as helpful as possible – but also trying to keep up with our regular workout postings. It’s a lot for our small team but we’re happy to share this new Pilates workout with you 🙂
A sixth of an hour might seem like a very short workout, but once you’ve moved around even just that much, you’re likely to see a substantial shift in mindset, mood, and the way your body physically feels. So don’t waste any time wondering whether or not 10 minutes of working out is effective; jump right in and you’ll see for yourself. I love this workout because it’s efficient, effective, and versatile. You can use it as a standalone routine, or add it either before or after lifting or high intensity interval training in order to… (continued @ https://bit.ly/2M4l8GS)

Can I use this as a warm up before strength training?

+Otje Bergen Yes, this can be a good warm up for strength training – you can read about it more here https://bit.ly/2M4l8GS

+Wildman Samurai We eat whole foods, as minimally processed as possible. We eat lots of vegetables, fruits, legumes, tubers, whole grains, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, etc etc – but nothing is “off limits”. We really don’t follow any rules or type of diet, we just focus on eating in a way that makes us feel our best (it even varies a bit between the two of us).

Oh, this one is perfect for right now! I’m not able to do any intense exercise as I’m fasting right now (it’s Ramadan), but I’ve been craving movement and exercise soooo much that Pilates has been my go to movement for the day.
    Thanks for posting this!!! <3

Great! I love pilates for a lot of reasons. Great for basic strength, form, posture, add on to other workouts or just alone to feel good. I would love if you would provide us with more core specific pilates, maybe in the range of about 15 to 20 minutes and a bit challenging, not unlike the core part of Daniel’s 35 minutes core and lower body pilates.
