    I’m going to repeat someone else’s request from last week. Could you do a full body lifting video, but with separate moves for lower and upper body. I don’t really like the combined moves.

    Also, I love those pants 😀

      Always open to requests! But we do have workouts like that already. We do it both ways because there are pros and cons to each approach. Make sure to check out this page: Also, you can always pair a pure upper body strength routine (like this one) with a pure lower body strength routine, if you’re looking for new ways to mix up upper & lower strength, done separately.

      Naah, I never listen to any music during working out with you. YOU’re the best motivators (as you encourage us all way through and we can hear you struggling) and also it wouldn’t be a real FB workout without your funny comments, tiny mistakes (like miscounted reps, wrong names of exercises, etc.), and so on :p.     kelly please do workouts on broad shoulders i hate broad shoulders…. i feel like i am having big shoylders plz help me with this…. i lost my pcod disease doing ua workouts and lost 6kgs thanks K& D

      Than no what workout type you do. You will become stronger overtime. Lifting weights does not bulk, cardio doesn’t make you loose tons of weight. No matter what workout you do you will gain strength but unless you do certain exercises and diet then you will only bulk. Ps, lifting and using weights is a more effective way to loose weight and tone than cardio is.

    • Maybe she’s having an off day. Everyone has them and humans aren’t perfect. Maybe she got sick and is getting back to normal. Things happen.

    • Maybe she just woke up and filmed and most of the other videos were filmed at different times. Maybe that’s why you think she looks so “skinny” because she hasn’t naturally added a little volume from meals. Also could explain why she doesn’t seem as energetic to you. Or maybe she filmed another workout video shortly before.

  10. Can you do a specific video for back with weights and maybe Pilates too. (Kelli). I can’t find any just back workouts of yours except from years ago or just lower back toning short ones.

  12. Thanks for this workout Kelli. I have knee tendinitis right now and cannot do any leg workouts ( Dr.’s orders…I gotta behave myself), and I’m used to doing fitness blender four days a week. So this came in at the moment when I needed some positive thoughts.
