    Good morning! What kind of music do you listen to while you’re doing a HIIT workout?

  5. Thank you fitness blenders for all of your hard work on these videos! I just wanted to put this out there but I thought that guys could eliminate a warmup and cool down for these super short hiit routines. What seems to be a 20 minute hiit quickly turns into only 10-12 minutes of hiit because there is both a warm up and cool down. For your next hiit workouts, can you eliminate both or at least one so that we can get a FULL 15-20 minute hiit session because you have a unnecessary 5 minute warm up and cool down. I hope you guys read this and hopefully will consider doing things this way so we could have longer hiit routines! ❤️

      Our goal with this workout was to fit in a smart amount of HIIT (remember, more is not necessarily better), warm up and cool down, all in under 25 minutes. If you like, we have literally hundreds of both longer & shorter HIIT workouts, you can search them all here: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos By the way; “..you have a unnecessary 5 minute warm up and cool down” there is definitely nothing unnecessary about a warm up and cool down – never skip them, especially with something as intense as HIIT!

  9. haven’t tried this one yet but this looks doable. The last few months I picked the girl’s exercises because I thought it would be.. easier. Guess what?! It wasn’t! I hate the girl for that

    First of all I am NEVER working out with Daniel again (because every time that I workout with him I die)! Second, this workout was killer and I had to re-think my WHOLE life… But nevertheless it was an awesome workout, thanks guys!

    great , cant wait to try it , your vids are great and its allways well explained too , thanks daniel…. just done it , great , the only thing was ,when i did the front jacks, my hands with hitting the beams in my ceiling ! not that im tall[ 5ft 4] just old houses in Scotland have low celings
