    • Alberto Scatto I eat animals does that make me a bad person? i tried becoming a vegan , i simply can’t my body can’t tolerate it and i can’t consume my protein goal and it makes me super uncomfortable in my stomach.

    • Alberto Scatto to much fiber = bloating and stomach issues = less healthy and depressed

    • +FullyRawKristina Is the diet good for long term? Some people have trouble with digestion, more vegans go back to eating meat because of the digestion. We still have to learn, not everyone is the same, for me the Wim Hoff method really opens my mind and I feel like is more important breathing than eating. The mind creates reality – as above, so below.

    • Random it will take along time if ur body is gonna get use to the high fiber , sometimes it cant get used to it so = u will be in pain and be not feeling good = u will be miserable

      +FullyRawKristina just your experience, some benefits, why you think veganism is good and maybe if you ever struggled with your diet, questioned it and what are your tips if someone is struggeling.

    I want to go fully raw so bad, especially seeing what it’s done for you. After the 21 day challenge that you had a few years back, I just get lost on what to make and I have a huge problem with emotional eating (I head towards fast food too quickly). I want to go to one of your retreats so bad but I barely make ends meet as it is. Any advice for someone like me? Or do you have a video I could watch that might help me out? Love you so much, Kristina. You’re truly an inspiration ❤️

    • Gabby Hoffarth I completely understand. I’m an emotional eater too. One thing that I’m learning to do is replace my usual cravings with healthier options. So instead of snacking on chips I’ll snack on hummus and veggies and almond butter. Hope this helps

    It’s always a pleasure to experience your life with you. You motivate and inspire me. I’d love to learn more about raw veganism and pregnancy. I plan to have my 1st kid in a year or 2 (in my mid 30’s) and will remain a raw vegan. Is there any research or a doctor you can team up with to discuss this in depth?

    I really live your channel Kristina because I am a newbie to veganism but I am thinking about going a raw vegan..but I’m not really sure if this is best for me as everyone tells me bad..or I will miss cooked food..however I feel within my heart that this is best for me..but I am still remain undeundecided ..
