    • Why would you think you’d be offending anybody? This is the place to come if you want those fantastic (colorful) raw vegan dishes.

Cristina many times I have heard you say hyperglycemia, I dont know if I am spelling right, but the point is hyperglycemia is low blood sugars, people who have it have this low blood sugar rushes that they constanly have to have a sugary drink, I know cause I know people who have it, now diabetes on the other hand is high blood sugar in your blood, love you as a person you are a wonderful person.

  15. Are all of these common ingredients and easy to find? I’m in another country and just learning how to shop here and their language.

  16. Eating raw foods is hard for me. Going vegan I might want to do for my health journey. I used to eat processed food and food that’s not good for me when I was young. And I used to eat steak every Friday night witch was good but then I did research and I heard it’s bad for you. One time I just started being vegetarian pescatarian and has changed my life. Now cuz I’m bringing back to junk food in and I’m still being the vegetarian. I am but it’s not working out cuz I’m still having headaches. If I have to go vegan cuz I want to do it for the environment what can I do to do that because I’m not able to do raw vegan

  17. How did you reverse high blood sugar by eating a ton of sugar? Doesn’t excess amounts of fructose reduce insulin resistance and increase triglyceride levels produced by the liver? I’m genuinely curious how this happens, thank you.
