      +Lorra Fae There is no certificate requirment however this does not mean you are not at great risk. I am a travel nurse and unfortunately it is more complex than just not drinking the water. Also there is no rabies immunoglobulin treatment available in bali therefore you are normally flown to Bangkok for treatment, which there are many issues. Pre exposure is always better than post. Just trying to ensure that everyone is informed correctly 🙂 it’s always advised to speak to a travel health expert before travel.

      For me it’s very hard to eat so much food. I just eat less, but more frequent…. is that OK??

      Growth hormone. It’s okay to feel hunger, body will heal. Late night food = sexual insatisfaction… My two cents.

  5. I was just thinking of asking this! I’m working out a lot!!! I’ve been raw 18 days!!! Now I’m feeling hungrier than the beginning of the challenge! What do I do!?!?

    • Bloom with Blossom I want to continue! I feel great! I have an issue with overeating so I don’t trust myself when I comes to snacking! I did have 3 dates and some dry mango today besides what’s in the plan! I don’t know if I should feel guilty but it did help!

    Hi there just looked at the information for your retreats. It says in the FAQs that there are no immunisations required. This is complete incorrect for both bali and Costa rica, although there may not be certificates required that does not mean there is no risk of transmission. Please do not spread this dangerous advice.
