I don’t know how those books stay and don’t topple over. Looks precarious. And what if you want a book from the bottom?

I’m overweight and I told my husband that I need to eat more quantity of raw food because i want to start by doing raw for lunch and breakfast. He says I can’t consume more because the people who are saying that you need more food is not overweight like me. We are already vegan. I just want to take it to a more healthy lifestyle.

    • Rachel Jones there are some great raw vegan Facebook groups that could be really helpful and supportive for you 🙂 best of luck! You can do it!

Rachel Jones you need a calorie deficit. There is enough science out there where this is no longer a mystery. You can eat more if you like but it should be a low calorie per unit / less starch / consider greater or more exercise esp muscle training. It’s obvious and always work.

You can up your greens instead of going 100% raw. Salads are amazing, but they are low in calories. You need to add cooked rice/quinoa and/or sprouted beans/sprouted buckwheat or cook them, but sprouted will add more antioxidants. The possibilities are endless.

What I need is: a book that tells you what to eat for 60 days. A step by step on how to transition to vegan. I need a dummy veganism book. With simple but delicious and sustainable meal recipes. This would be so helpful for me.
