    It’s super easy to eat raw in the morning for me but as the day unwinds i find that i really perfer cooked foods

  8. Water based /liquid foods are better for digestion, doesn’t over work the liver, and the nutrients are immediately introduced into the blood stream while absorbing more benefits.

    Is it real to eat so many nectarines at lunch??? this is my week norma…juices, watermelons, nectarines..you must have many toilets in the house))
