Guided Breath Meditation for Anxiety, Depression & Stress – Deep Relaxation

This simple breathing exercise has been shown to aid anxiety, depression and stress when practised regularly. It can be done at any time, and this meditation will simply show you how to practice it. It will be accompanied by a soft chime corresponding with the timing of the breaths.

    Hello, dear folks,

    This weeks meditation is a breathing exercise that we’ve found very calming.

    Because there are a certain amount of breaths per minute, we have added a chime each breath. Once you have got into the rhythm you will be able to do this exercise anywhere and at any time.
