GUYS – Please be respectful and keep in mind that not all of us are walking the same path. We come in all different shapes and sizes & we have all kinds of different goals & starting places. Consider that maybe there are people who are living in different situations than you are & keep it respectful.

  9. I would really love to see a video on the truth about body fat I hear so many people talk about body fat and that a women should be at a certain % and i always see these bikini competitors at such a low body fat making me feel being at 22 body fat i am way over what is a healthy body fat for women and should that be tracked all the time along with our weight?

hrokasb yes if you do fitness blender’s strength training combined with cardio and abs/ leg workouts then you can 🙂 their hiit workouts are also excellent to do a few times a week! But you dont have to do all of these at the same time but you definitely wanna do each like a few times a week 🙂

Of course! Personally I did Beachbody’s 21 Day Fix (not trying to advertise lol thats just what I did) and I lost around 12 pounds (in like 4 months rather than 21 days but i was also being realistic about my weight loss) while noticing my muscle mass toning up and slightly increasing. So it is def possible to burn fat and gain muscle, its all in combining cardio and muscular training, or doing HIIT workouts.

  11. thank you! everyone always focusses on how to lose weight, theres never anything for us girls with high metabolisms!

I appreciate the vegan/vegetarian comments! Just an FYI for others, you do need to get all of your amino acids (a variety of Whole Foods will insure this) but it doesn’t have to be all in the same meal. As long as you get them all throughout the day, your body can build the protein it needs. (But tofu/edamame and quinoa have them all and are considered whole proteins.)

  13. Thanx for your sound advice and fitness tweeks to gain healthy muscle. I eat well during meals but started eating not so healthy snacks to pack on more pounds. Was even considering purchasing a NutriLean protein powder before watching this video. You ‘Rock’ and really know your stuff. Oh and your gorgeous dog by the couch the whole while, and seeing at the end ‘P r i c e l e s s’!:)
