  3. I disagree. I feel you must be a religious person to understand the journey and help feed your soul. It’s ok. Not everyone can connect. I don’t think that is snobbery, just honesty.

    Kino,could you please talk of Ashtanga and Food? Esp. since you travel so much,how do you balance food,practice and travel?
