  7. Than you so much of this! You are amazing. I can’t understand how you can lay on your back while your feet are in lotus. 😀 You’re so flexible. Guess it’s the psoas major that should be lenghtened there and some other hipflexors too, right?

  17. Hi memet comet, Namaste is a traditional Indian greeting. Many traditional yoga studios will close the practice with Namaste as a way of saying ‘thank you for coming, see you next time’, in my context, I meant it as ‘thank you, until your next video!’. Hope that helps 🙂
