Can you post a video/give pointers on knees? When I try to “lift my knee caps” in poses like prasarita padottanasana, my knees tend to lock and I know that is unhealthy for my joints. How do I lift my knee caps but avoid that locking in the joint? Thanks! 🙂

  10. Wow you have such a great control on your body and muscles . I hope I can do that at some point of my life.

Hey kino… how r yu… i think yu havent noticed my comment in one of your videos earlier… i had asked you for some yoga practice or asanas which would help me fill up my legs in a natural way without weights or minimal weight (if required).. i have had flat feet and fallen foot arcs since birth due to which my thighs and calves are pathetic.

    • +Ashish Sharma All of the standing poses would be good for you, but especially the Warrior Series of poses.
