This class is all about the wrists and is a great place to start when it comes to building strength into the wrists. The drills offered in this class are great for preparing the wrists for arm balances, inversions and handstands and other more challenging postures offer in the practice. This class is intended to be used as a supplement to your already established, daily practice. This class is just over 20 minutes long.
