  2. Hi Kino! I’ve only recently mastered this but I feel dizzy and disorientated each time I come out of the roll! Is there a solution for this or is it just a matter of time for my body to get used to it? Thanks 🙂

    • Make sure to inhale completely while rolling over. That should help with the dizziness. Also be sure that your eyes are open and the you look down at the mat when you’re done rolling over.

  7. Hi Kino, We call It halasana(plow pose). I am having obesity but I can do lying chakrasana, Can I make this pose?

    • +Suma V what you call chakrasana is urdhva dhanurasana in the ashtanga system. Naming varies from system to system

  10. I keep watching your videos about chakrasana! You make it look so easy. Now I’m confused about where the strength to do the movement comes from, you say it’s from the core but my teacher tells me it comes from the arms 😐

  11. Hi Kino, I’m having trouble going over, I’m afraid of hurting my neck. Do my deltoids (backs of arms I think) need to be stronger as well as my core? Both are quite weak.
