    Hey Kino, I have a quick question when you say “suck in the the lower ribs” does that not go against, udiyyna banda lock, with the diaphragm expanding down on the inhale and the udiyyana banda pushing it back up, doesn’t that automatically expand the ribs out instead of “sucking them in” as you said to do?

  14. is bhastrika pranayama good for ladies? i have read in BKS iyengars book, that this is prohibhited for ladies. pl clarify.
