Can all the pervs keep their thoughts to themselves for once. Please. Thanks for the video Kino!!!

  2. Sorry about that, I meant no disrespect. Point taken.

  3. If it happens every time it might an indication of misalignment in the hips. If it persists I would consider seeing a physical therapist to assess the situation in person.

  4. Thanks for the video. I find your videos very, very helpful and learn a lot from them. However my practice is nothing as advanced as yours so when you come up with a passive (long held) stretch for beginners like this video, I appreciate it even more. One Question about this video. Option 1. If I touch my hips to the wall my lower back lifts off the ground. Option 2. If I keep my lower spine touching the ground, then my hips are 3 inches away from wall. Which option is better? Thanks

  5. You are so kinky!

  6. Please forgive for saying the obvious, but your sooo sexy.

  7. I stay in that pose for five mins, gosh it hurts so bad but you have to go through pain to get flexible

  8. Jeez , what I would do to You , Kino ..lol

  12. Hi Kino, i wanted to asked you, this moviment can help to make more easy “dwi pada sirsasana”? because i think that two legs behind the head need external rotation, but i was thinking that maybe a bit straddle too…i can make dwi pada but sometimes enter there is a bit hard i was looking some extra help. Thank you

  13. Yes, it will help with that 🙂

As you say in the video my inner knee hurts when I go beyond a certain angle. What do you do in this case? Will it go away on its own with regular practice? Thanks.

  17. It will go away as your hips open more. For now support your knee with your hands or with a block/pillow.

    Hey Kino!
You improved a lot in this posture – just a few degrees to go : )
I’ve been working on my middle splits for about two years now –
it’s such a slow process – but i’m also almost there – patience, patience, patience…
Here I learnt a lesson in Niyamas.
You’re a great inspiration for me and your videos helped me so much!

    Thank you!!
    Greetings from Germany!

  19. it was really nice, but i feel a lot of pain in my inner knees.. my b.f said me that when i’m performing this posture my knees have a different angle from my calves, they’re not straight! :/

since when did buddhist become so petty like religious people in general?? :/
those who are complaining about doing yoga with a buddha image in the room should go back to religions where you have an uptight deity with an ego complex.
read the dammaphada for crying out loud..buddhist shouldn’t worship in the first place and fyi buddha isn’t a deity nor would he care if someone did yoga in front of a stone image. seriously!
kino, you shouldn’t take these people serious because of their ignorance and their ego being butthurt, harsh but it is the truth…early buddhist and buddha practiced yoga aswell…he was very in good health and in shape.
something people tend to forget, someone does not live to be 80 and be able to cross the country not tending to his body aswell..he was strong and had nice muscle definition.
buddha was against structured religion and argued against it nor did he wanted his teachings to be part of a structure that tells people what to do and survived assassination attemps because of it.
people should inform themselves, when you are insulted it’s because of your ego.
