  6. Well, at least some of it is easy. You already have to be quit flexible for a lot of these.

      +zd4w9 You do not have to be flexible for any of these. You just don’t go as deep into the post like Kino does. Guarantee if you do these stretch poses daily for two weeks you will notice a huge difference 🙂

    • Definitely. Adjustments can be made for every pose she does here, but beginners checking out the pose in the  thumbnail might be shocked. Or it might be inspiration 🙂
