    i have been trying to get my arms through there while in a COMPLETE lotus, but i have come to use a variation where my legs are crossed out in front of me? do you know what i am saying like in a position where both feet are actually resting, or locked up against my legs. when i go into a full lotus like you do here- in the primary series to do this position but just push up and hold off the floor for a good five breaths-i cant get my arms through there doesn’t seem like there is enough space?

I never knew how to do this clock thing.. and really had forgot the whole thing, so now i remember and now well i can do it with my hand/arms around the outside, cheating.. you make it look so easy kino to get your arms through that space? wow.. but mine just don’t go through like that. any suggestions? JOE B

  11. It’s easy if you don’t make your lotus too tight. Lift your right leg to mid left thigh, put you arm under your left leg then lift it to mid right thigh and slip your right arm thru.
