  3. Dear Kino. I have a question about the pain. My hips are “not open” yet. I have been doing a power yoga sinds 8 monts, but not every day, twice a week. I always have a pain with thigh tendoms and with tendoms around right hip. The poses like Prasarita Padottanasana make me a huge pain when I extended the legs and try to raise.And I can not straighten legs in Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana 🙁 And do you practice during a menstruation? Have a good day. You are my huge inspiration. Anna

    Ashtanga Yoga changed my life! During a crossroads a year or two ago my family and I went to Miami. I found your studio on line and went to my first classes…it was amazing! During this time I overcame anxiety, chronic headaches ( since I was 3)healed emotionally, became stronger (physically and spiritually),became a better dancer, and ultimately found myself. I am soo grateful for the practice and continue to enjoy its benefits..

    Thank You Kino for your wonderful contribution to life! I did so want to meet you but you were in India =) These videos are helping me to stay on track…I notice that I need to train my mind more….because I start thinking about the people around me or what I need to do next in my busy life.
