    Looks like a pushup if you keep your eyes on your arms when watching the video but then if your gaze goes towards the legs oh! The legs are off the ground!

    Hey Kino, Thanks for this video now its more than a week I have tried both Bakasana and Kakasana. In both the asanas I cant raise my knees beyond one level towards my arm pit. Is it because of my belly? Thanks in advance.
