  2. I can’t get tired of seeing you do this one. Myself I spend half my yoga time on it, about 120-150 minutes a day, just this one and the split.
    Kino I look forward to seeing you do it even deeper, you still have more in you. Your thighs are so shapely, what a wonderful body you have and a smile that goes with it.

  8. I have question: shouldn’t the front knee stay above the ankle to avoid injuries?

  9. Do u have any injuries yet from ashtanga as I started ashtanga did it for about two years nd had a bad knee injury nd so I do now hatha nd ashtanga both
