    I started practing yoga after I hadn’t in years and after three weeks of daily doing yoga with Kino’s videos I finally held Bacasina for the full time without falling or losing my balance! I’m really seeing results! thank you so much kino! do you have a DVD or something of you teaching the primary series?? I would pay for that!
