    I almost have the full splits but I feel as though I can’t go any further because pressure builds up on my hip joints :/

    Oh I have been placing it on the back ankle area and it has never been comfortable for me it always felt too much pulling on the back section of my knee. I can do the splits, but I wanted to work on my over split. I’ll do the back calf now. Thanks.

    After a career in dance, I hope to do well in more yoga practice! Kino is insprational in her vids…trouble is, though, sometimes I just don’t care about the actual stretching…..
