  1. I really need to get back into doing yoga again. I keep watching these videos meaning to re-learn more and practice but yet here I am getting older, back aching, & stiff like a robot. Anyway, these videos by Kino Yoga really are educational, which reminds me that I need to stop being so lazy and and aim for the free movement that comes from doing yoga! It’s getting so frustrating to find myself grunting just to pick up something off of the ground, movements being restricted by my own body! ;(

  2. Ahhh, thinking of Kino.

  3. Hi Kino! Thanks for making this video. This is one of the poses I’m currently working on! However, when I’m in this pose, my feet slowly slide apart while I’m holding it, and then I start to feel strain in my sartorius (I think? Pain is located at the bottom of my left inner thigh, beside and slightly above the knee). It’s the same with all other variations of wide legged forward bend. Is there a modification I could incorporate to prevent injury? I soften my knees when I start to feel strain.

  4. Omg! I want to hit like that

  5. Alignment and Rotation just had physical therapy on da body, and it was just by stretching certain muscles that the alignment was back in line….wow chiropractors are a dangerous breed, stay clear, they tend to hammer you back in but that never really last, Kino- we need a daily theme to wake up to Your yoga with…)
