Ouch i could never be that flexable, i wish though.

  2. Kino Yoga, were you always really flexible before you started doing yoga or did it come as you continued to practice yoga? I would love to be as flexible as you and because I’m not it discourages me from doing yoga.

    • It comes as you continue to practice! Dont be discouraged. Yoga is perfect for that situation. Just go gentle and work your way up.

I can understand divinek1 PERFECTLY. When “seasoned” yogi (who are quite flexible) show what they can, it easily discourages people (like me) who can’t even touch their toes while standing up (bending down), keeping legs straight. Yes, every seasoned yogi was once a beginner too, but I have this double feeling about clips like these: they give me the opposite of what they are meant for: instead of motivating and inspiring me, it really pushes me down. I have NEVER done ANY yoga befoe, and I’m almost 40. And I simply don’t have the time like you to practice. So, I’ll never get there. But then again, I don’t desire to get there. (Well, what do you know?! No desiring stuff is exactly what REAL eastern philosophy is all about. But you knew that, don’t you? ;-D )

You are such a beautiful person. 🙂 Inspiring, thank you!
