  2. Glad I found this vid. Really enjoy Youtube due to this sort of content…
    My cousin was previously bullied. He said he was intending to get bigger. I
    chuckled… Right up until within weeks he packed on 40lbs of pure lean
    muscle mass. He tried the Muscle Building Bible (look for it in Google).
    Nobody dares to intimidate him these days. I actually subscribed a few days
    ago. See what will happen. Plus the mans emails are fascinating…

    I’ve been looking for different option that could help me lose weight and I
    would like to verify if you heared something about the formula that will
    give you the same effect of having the actual gastric bypass surgery. I got
    this info from PaleoDiet.web44.net – I want to know if one of you heard
    something about it.

  5. I love this guy! I have no clue what Recipe Rehab is, but I’ll keep
    watching him on the ‘tubes. His recipes are simple, familiar (to those who
    eat this type of food), and affordable. It’s rare that I see “healthy
    versions” that hit all of these points.

    understanding of human biology and anatomy you will understand. + Comparing
    the Eastern diet to the Western diet is frankly naive and also, laughable.

    Let me introduce a concept to you called “genetics” 🙂 It’s very dominant
    when it comes to the way people develop and break down nutritions and it
    also determines whether or not you will be fat after eating certain things.
    Asians and Africans are known to be very slim by nature.

    Hello everyone. Amazing clip. My cousin used to be a flabby. He went from
    279lbs of pure fat into 200 lbs of total muscle mass. I became amazed. I
    just signed up myself because I wanna beef up. He used the Muscle Building

    from scratch is way healthier too.

  17. One of the dumbest healthy pizza videos I have ever seen in my flipping
    life. Yeah way to go jackass I knew how to make this when I was seven
    freakin years old and all I ate were french fries, double cheeseburgers
    from mcdonalds everyday and doritos. Is this some kind of joke??
