Felita recalls her darkest moments – in the middle of a divorce, breaking down emotionally, and mentally, as she wondered how she would raise her child, then just one year old, on her own. She smiles. She now knows that, regardless of what it may feel like in the moment, everything we go through is a gift.

After discovering this breakthrough for herself, Felita knew that she could use her struggle and her story to help others.

Now, Felita uses her past experiences to hold space for others who may be struggling. She uses the example of her life to let others know that whatever it is that they are going through or have been through in their past, they can move forward and thrive in their own way.

Sharing her freedom of spirit, her library of development resources and a listening ear, Felita is able to offer small pieces of her own life lessons to those closest to her in life. She now knows, and helps everyone she meets to understand, that our lives are limitless – that none of us is defined by our past, and our futures hold so much more.

How many limiting beliefs have you told yourself? What negative story do you repeat over and over until you believe it’s true? We all cave into these moments of self-doubt from time to time, but there is a way to break down limiting beliefs and finally move forward.

Felita hit rock bottom nearly 20 years ago. She was going through a painful divorce and found herself in a broken state, emotionally and physically. Left alone with a one-year-old child, she wondered if she had the strength to move forward – to not only survive, but thrive.

She took one of Tony Robbins’ messages to heart: Everything in life is a gift. She recognized that her suffering didn’t have to be meaningless. Felita could experience the dark emotions associated with divorce and find a way to pull something meaningful from it. From that place of pain, she found a way to immerse herself in her community. By pursuing growth and connection, Felita was able to find the freedom and fulfillment she craved to build the life she always imagined.

Very inspirational. I have struggled with a lot of limiting beliefs and have struggled, but it is from those emotions and strife that we really find ourselves. We can use the feelings of disappointment to catapult us further and achieve things that we before thought impossible.
