I am a Firewalker – Unleash The Power Within (UPW)
Committing to the firewalk takes inner strength — not just anyone can mentally and physically prepare themselves to walk across hot coals. While many people are able to learn from their first firewalk, it takes a true warrior to keep returning to the event. Ricardo Leon came to the firewalk for the first time in 2015, and then returned a year later to celebrate his first wedding anniversary with his wife.
“I was not afraid to walk on fire this time. I got over it,” said Ricardo. “Last year I was very afraid. But I got past it that time, and this year I was a lot more confident.” Firewalking is an intense feat that does take courage and drive to complete, but those who do are left to walk away with a great sense of accomplishment and renewed purpose.
Ricardo has completed the Tony Robbins firewalk numerous times. He leveraged his experience to celebrate a milestone with his wife, and cheered on his fellow firewalkers as they attempted the challenge for the first time. Ricardo said, “I was able to help my first time firewalkers get through it also.” The reason why Ricardo was able to help motivate those around him is because he maintained his clear-headedness and knew that they, too, could complete the walk.
Tony Robbins firewalk reviews like Ricardo’s give us an insider’s look into what it’s like to finish the firewalk. How are participants changed after the fact? Do they maintain this spirit of fearlessness when they return to their daily lives? In Ricardo’s case, the event was so impactful to him that after he and his wife returned to Texas, they started the North Dallas Firewalkers group.
The duo now facilitates monthly meetings with other likeminded people who have completed the firewalk. Through their meetings, they keep each other motivated and instill the sense of vivaciousness that the firewalk brings.
Why does Ricardo feel impassioned enough to organize these monthly meetings? His response to the firewalk says it all, “After walking over the coals it was a great empowering feeling — it was a metaphor that I can do anything I want to do.”
This sense of purposefulness and validation comes to many people who complete the firewalk. After approaching an intimidating task and completing it successfully, they feel that they can do whatever they put their mind to.
The Tony Robbins firewalk has inspired thousands of people to take control of their lives and go after their dreams. Will you be one of the next firewalkers to complete the challenge? For more information, or to find out more about a firewalk in your area, visit
