  1. So glad to hear this, ive been following this case since it started!

    • It is good news

    • Yeah it really is, you guys seem to cover this really well too as a pose to other medias which just skimmed it down.

      FreyParadox GMOs watch it grow
      Corporation cash flow
      What’s the goal I don’t know
      Mind control I suppose

    • ok, I’m missing out on two explanations:
      1. why is it all happening now since the company was sold to another country ( not that I didn’t expect it), lawyers were working on law suits for quite some time but only now judges allowed them to court?
      2. The fine is 289 million for one person. Doesn’t anybody question this amount and how fast the verdict was made after the sale?
Don’t get me wrong, it’s all well deserved even for both companies but as a german I may have the right to wonder why things work the way they did, because this might only be the beginning. “These people need to be held accountable”.
You are right, but are they still “those people” or did they just disappear with big bags of money to let others wade in the shxx that they left behind?

  2. Amazing news!

The CEO of monsato should be put against the wall and shot.

  5. It’s a good day, but sadly it’s chump change for Monsanto. However let’s hope it opens the floodgates for other suits. Hopefully it won’t be long till a link between GMO foods sprayed with roundup and the huge rise in cancer is established

  6. Ordered to pay and actually paying is 2 different things

  7. While this is a big win, i wouldn’t say it’s all over for them just yet. How much more money and products does Monsanto’s have their hands in? And how does the other company operate? But its definately a good start.

Will Susan G. Koman still be searching for the cure for breast cancer. They knew it all along.

  9. Well I hope you’re right, however. a couple hundred million dollars to Monsanto is pocket change. Like Big Pharma they just right it off as the cost of doing business.

Finally! Now somebody need to go to jail..,..Monsanto CEO!!!

  11. Please look into RNAi modified corn that just got approved by the EPA very very quietly! This will be more dangerous than roundup, way more dangerous. We are change Please report on it!

  12. Nothing new. Won’t be more than a bug on their GMO fields. They’re part of the 2030 agenda; it’s only because of a few good people making it possible for some lawsuits to see the light of day. But in the end it amounts to little more than a hiccup for the giant.

Will Lowes and Home Depot still carry these products? Will they take the liability of their employees handling these poisons?

  14. Is Bayer going to pay Monsanto’s judgement, as it now owns Monsanto? Can they drag the court appeal out so long that Dewayne Lee Johnson dies, and if he dies, does his lawsuit die also?

  15. now you guys are going to be banned for this hate message!

  16. FINALY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Wait just one minute! I’ll bet Monsanto does not every pay-up a dime. I would expect Congress to come to the rescue to give Monsanto some sort of waver like they’ve done in the past to protect these FREAKS that rule the world. History says I’m right.

  17. This is amazing!! I hope that they are forced to pay for the environmental cleanup in Africa and South America that their products have caused.

No on should be celebrating this. In America we have a serious problem with lawyers perverting medical science for profit. Perfect example is silicone breast implants. Lawyers successfully convinced jurors, and the public, that silicone breast implants cause health problems. Lawyers won billions of dollars, innocent companies paid billions, innocent shareholders lost billions. It was all based on junk science perverted by lawyers and believed by uneducated public.
Same thing here. No scientific evidence of these chemicals causing cancer in this man yet hundreds of millions in awards.

    • I find no sympathy for implant companies or lawyers.

    • of coarse it causes cancer….it’s suppose to cause cancer, then they make billions on medicines…. !! They know it causes cancer…. The uninformed stupid public as they call us are all finally figuring it out….. EAT ORGANIC

  19. Doesn’t mean they’re done though. Not yet. BOYCOTT those bastards.
