People who believe in these ideologies have no idea how human nature works. All of these are good in theory, but disasters in practice because they all rely on human nature being a fictional, warped version of what it is, and this reliance causes all of these ideologies to become tyrannical, abusive parodies of what they’re supposed to be. That’s the beauty of capitalism; it actually functions based on human nature so it works.

I’m not seeing anything in the news about China cutting the corporate tax rate to zero. I see where they’re offering an incentive of “temporarily exempting” them from paying taxes but with the condition that that money be invested in Chinese infrastructure, etc. So they still are paying the same amount –. Just going to investments in the Chinese economy rather than to the government.
Plus, it is “temporary” until they can put in place currency exchange controls that would penalize businesses repatriating and moving back to the US. Right now is the time for them to leave…..before those controls are put into place.
Tav144 Hey Tav just reading your comment where did you read that bit of news concerning China placing those temporary tax exemptions for businesses .
What would be your best guess /month as to when these new forms of currency controls come in . I would say China would be moving quiet quickly to implement them in my opinion if this is the case ortho I have no idea how a massive government like China implements its laws and legislations and also how long it takes for something so serious as this to be executed.
