Really? Iceland is somewhat polarized as is with most countries. The sane and then the leftists. But i suppose it has something to do with the type of people you interacted with here. Since leftist people dont really lose their minds here like in other places, the sane tend to just remain subdued on these subjects. Trump has an amazing, positive track record as President. I am thoroughly behind his efforts. I was saddened by so many race comments by Obama. How many of us now look a minority candidate askance wondering if they are going to whip up racist accusations again? Obama ruined it for future minority presidential candidates.

I agree. After what Obama did using the race card to break the law and give his race impunity for breaking laws, I will strongly reconsider ever voting for a minority candidate again for Prez. I have seen this where I worked at in a hospital. I worked w/all blacks, and they routinely discriminated against me w/cruelty and hatred when they get in a group setting like that. They use it to their advantage to abuse people.

I just left Zurich, Switzerland after a month of living there day in and day out, and I can tell you those people DO NOT like Trump or anything he stands for. Zurich follows the mindset of totalitarianism and the attitude of Merkel to “control people” who don’t think like you do following liberalism and New World Order. Davos is a little town of over 11,000 people and a ski resort. I don’t think interviewing people in this small town was a fair barometer of how the country thinks as a whole about Trump. It is far from the truth. Also, a lot of these people interviewed could have been tourists who don’t live there as permanent residents. The interviewer should have chosen a bigger city w/a more diverse group of people that is a more accurate depiction of the hatred towards democracy from the Swiss people. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Sick people who don’t believe in individual freedoms, want to control you and have a “holier than thou” mentality they can never be wrong.

The cities of Zürich and Geneva are more left-leaning than other places of Switzerland. Got to the rest of the country(where the majority of the population lives) and it is a whole other picture. Trump is not seen as an ideal president, but the much better choice out of the two. I have also noticed that the people who do not live in these, aforementioned, two cities tend to take everything any left-leaning media tries to propagandise, with a heap of salt, they do not trust the media and that is a good thing.
Also Switzerland is a majority centre-right and conservative leaning country.
I DO have an idea about Switzerland. I spent a good deal of time living day in and day out there. I would have to pass on the invite to your house. From what I saw, the Swiss in Zurich were VERY RUDE and cruel to me making me feel completely unwelcome. You people are the most paranoid I have ever seen treating anyone new to Zurich like they’re a criminal. We don’t have FEMA camps in America. As for food stamps, this was caused by Obama and now being eradicated w/Trump and his good policies. My country has 330 million people. Of course things are going to be different than yours.
