The only way this memo hurts the “intelligence community” is if it is a matter of routine for them to lie to the courts (which is likely). If they are on the up-and-up, the memo is not a problem at all and should anger everyone. On the other hand, if lying to the courts is routine for the NSA, CIA, and FBI, then they should be torn down at their foundations. Good riddance. In this country, the Constitution must be the supreme power.
