I actually thought he wasn’t doing a character, I thought he was a conservative when I first started watching him on Comedy Central and to me him being a brutally honest conservative was funnier than anything but it wasn’t even what he was going for.
Nowadays you have to be a stone cold liberal to find any late night show enjoyable. Colbert leads the pack now, but Kimmel was the one that disappointed me the most out of the whole bunch. From a pretty funny guy to a weasely liberal crybaby. Pathetic!
