Reps from Google, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube faced a British Parliamentary committee on U.S. soil at George Washington University. They were reminded of their own unchecked power to gather their users data. Oddly enough, after demonizing the social media giants reach. The Orwellian panel dove headfirst into the need to control free speech.

  1. So they mad at the fact they not in full control of the way people think. So they have to step in to think for u. Lmfao Like I said the day they trying something funny, everyone is going DARK!

  2. Who’s gonna help promote my Internation NEWS Radio Station , being a NEWS Journalist can be boring me 🙁 But me is getting my Press-Pass soon 🙂

  3. how about you quit using social media lol it’s worthless I don’t use it and I’m 100% fine and social media is addictive it’s sad

  4. Google has self-destructed their search engine service, which was once impeccable and one of the finest search engines available, in the name of liberal politics and petty differences with various celebrities (Johnny Depp and Thomas Gibson for example.) Now it doesn’t matter what the reader wants to read. They only get the story of the day. The same story covered over and over by different media outlets all covering the same thing. Plus I notice a tendency to list negative articles for several celebrities… who are out of favor with the media for reasons unknown… even 5-year-old articles about ancient scandals show up in the news section when new articles are available. Without a reliable search engine, the internet is hard to navigate. Will another search engine with no agenda rise up to replace the once useful and now utterly useless Google engine?

  5. I post work stuff to Facebook because it is required but rarely go over there and read the feed. Why? Because I can’t read five posts without seeing Christians, white people, rural people, fat people, Trump supporters, and people from the southern United States being crucified by crazy liberals. They would not dare say those things about Muslims, black people, Hispanics or their precious dreamers.
