  1. Happy Friday!! I’m a mission to keep your salads fresh and fabulous AND what better way to do that then with some great salad dressings. Don’t forget to grab your FREE printable guide up in the description box. I hope you enjoy them!! xo – Dani

    • Thanx Dani – love your recipes and completely agree about the one to one ratio oil to acid! I just want to mention a staple I try to eat daily, since you mentioned probiotics, and maybe you can try this and do a video to share with the C&D Community, I finely slice cabbage and place in a sterlized mason jar, add some juice of celery (juiced in a juice extractor) until the cabbage is covered. Close the container but not tight, leave it slightly loose and just place on your kitchen counter for a week or so – fermented cabbage. I think one teaspoon per day of that yields all the probiotics your gut needs and is so much cheaper than buying probiotics. The celery juice has natural sodium in it which is what ferments the cabbage. Of course you can use any veggies, doesn’t only have to be cabbage. I also slice some garlic in there for taste. xox

  2. What kind of balsamic vinegar do you buy? I don’t know much about it. Thanks for all the good recipes (healthy).

  3. Yuum! I love using the 10oz “Hot Sauce Bottles” on Amazon. They have the dripper insert cap so you can shake it out on our salad. It’s also fun to give homemade dressings to friends.

  4. Thanks for the video. Salad dressings are what makes salads possible to eat on a regular basis. I like to incorporate a little ginger into mine as well. A good way to get ginger into the diet as well.

  5. Oh my god! Thank you so much! That’s exactly what I need! I can’t eat al these creamy storebought faty dressings because of a ton of allergies (besides the unhealthy fact) you’re a true lifesaver ❤

  6. How did I know that you would share a lemon version…that sounds like it will be my favorite. My second runner up will be the nutty sesame. The others will follow in a backward order. XOXO
