  1. Why is the title of this video “Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga,” yet in the video you refer to only “Ashtanga Yoga”? Is there a difference? Which is more correct?

  2. With loving kindness, I’m seeking a more definitive answer. Is the yoga taught by Pattabhi Jois properly called “Ashtanga Yoga” as in “K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute,” or should it be called “Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga,” as in the title of this video?

  6. know well ..when you say yoga it always is a beautiful composition of all the 8 limbs.there is no types in yoga ..they aren’t yoga .. it’s all pure nonsense invented by the people of today…the list is endless ..hanging in a cloth tied to the ceiling ..all that is nulle …and GREAT explanation (y)

  8. Sorry if this seems like a silly question…. Ashtanga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa yoga are all separate styles? I’m so confused, for some reason my mind is just not understanding this.
