  1. I feel like I’m never gonna get these poses. Sometime I can do one side in hot yoga practice but I can’t for too long. I’ve injured my self by reframing an over rotated pelvis and really don’t care to repeat that.

  2. Few things cause me to lose faith in a yoga instructor more than when they tell people something is easy, just because it is easy for them.

    • That’s Kino’s brand. She is more than willing to sacrifice people like you and me, who will be turned away from yoga because they can’t do even the “easy” or “beginner” poses, in exchange for more views by putting “easy” and “beginner” in the thumbnail and title.

Of course, by doing that, she draws people like you. Only to immediately discourage them. She doesn’t seem stupid, so I guess she’s just mean.

I tried to get into yoga and then quit after watching Kino’s videos, convinced it was impossible for me. Later I stumbled across YogaByCandace, who convinced me it’s possible after all. Check her out.

    • these are not poses for beginners so get your body going and after several months start exercising with these balance and strength poses.

    • She called it easy because she showed you the easiest way to do it. she never said it was easy to start with. Instead of losing faith in the instructor gain some for yourself

  3. I did this… I lost balance and fell on my face, at least I got a close ip view on that spot I need to clean on my carpet.

  4. Thank you Kino……. This is my favorite posture in yoga school I used to get so frustrated but as my core became stronger I became better

  5. Your camera person needs to focus on filming the actual area of movement (so if you’re on your left side, maybe actually film the left side), so we can see what you’re doing. Just a tip. Great video, Kino!

  6. Well, no yoga pose is easy. Only we can make it easier after the continue practice after the body become usual of it when you get flexibility, strength and stamina.
