  1. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INSPIRATION KRISTINA!!!! you made me fullyraw and I can’t thank you enough! This lifestyle is about spreading Love and not War and cruelty. It’s about life and being fully alive! Thank you so much for opening my eyes!

  2. Sometimes I don’t know if to get offended or what when they say you need this you need that. Hello?! I’m here in front of you, vegetarian for nearly 14 years and vegan for about 3.5 years, much healthier then you. I’ve just posted today a video about my healing journey, how I overcame a chronic neurologic disease, quite rare one, got rid of constant pain that followed me for over 10 years. Today I’m a proud high raw (mostly now) high carb vegan free from pain 🙂

  3. You are the female Chris Trager from Parks and Recreation! Like everything you’re personality, lifestyle, and overcoming a childhood sickness. This is a compliment btw!

  4. My breakfast is always raw, and there are days when I eat raw all day, but it is not my ideal diet. Broccoli, my favorite vegetable, is better digested steamed. I like my beans and quinoa and brown rice, as well as my occasional homemade vegan baking from scratch. Raw vegan is great, but it’s not for me. For sure, one must drop the processed food and cruelly raised animal products.
Thank you for sharing as always Kristina!

  5. We went 95℅ raw during your 21 day challenge, which is very difficult living in Calgary. We are proud to say we are continuing.

  6. I’m not fully raw…YET! But I’ve been vegan for two weeks now, eating fruits, veggies, legumes, and grains and I absolutely love it!!! I saw documentaries of animal cruelty and had to stop eating all animal products pronto. It’s also benefit my health LOADS! Highly recommend it for all the animal eaters out there 🙂

    • +3choBlast3r if your true intentions were to help clearly you would give some evidence . I mean seriously the way you talk to people on here is so hateful. It is great that you have your own opinion but you could at least deliver it with manners :I

    • Have you watched the Forks over Knives documentary? It’s really good and features two doctors and their research.

    • +3choBlast3r If conventional science and medicine was so valuable, we wouldn’t have so much disease. I haven’t lost a period going vegan. Anyone who doesn’t eat enough can lose their period (like anorexics). Thankfully, I never have to worry about calorie restricting on a vegan diet!

  7. I would like to see more informal videos like a day in the life or what I ate today, filmed when you actually are eating! I love watching your videos, but they are all so similar. I just want to see more of the real you 🙂

  8. I agree with you. I am a vegan for abaout 2 years and since i found you at the beginning of 2015 i started eating raw vegan for two meals a day. I feeling so much better, my skin is getting clean and i feel more energy and happiness in my body and my soul. But if i would like to eat some cooked meal or some sweets (most of them raw vegan) i go for it and don’t limited myself. I think this is importend – getting clean and listen to my body. Thank you for being you and sharing all your experience. Much love 🙂

  9. Hi Kristina, I just want to firstly say that I really appreciate your youtube channel, it is very inspiring and positive, and although I was raised a vegetarian and have been vegan for the past 3 years or so, you have definitely inspired me to eat more whole and raw fruit and veggies. I do have some questions though.

You say you feel your best when you eat a FullyRaw diet (plant-based raw whole food, predominantly fruit and veg, slow salt and processed sugar etc). From my understanding of your past history, I believe you started eating FullyRaw by eating only pears? But then even after eating for more variety you still learnt that you had to eat a lot more. It sounds like it’s been a journey.

Anyway, I’m just wondering if you could share any of your ‘off the wagon’ moments while being FullyRaw for the past 9.5 years (if you have any!). Over the past 9.5 years have you ever tried some cooked food? Eaten too much fat? Too much dehydrated, or salty foods? fried foods? etc. If so, what were your experiences with these items? Did you like the taste? How did you feel? If you haven’t eaten these or fallen off the wagon, why haven’t you tried them? I can understand avoiding these foods in theory.. and especially if you have felt so much better since eating FullyRaw, but maybe you just feel better because your previous diet was so radically different from your current diet. For instance perhaps adding in some boiled potatoes (no oil or salt or anything else added) might not be that unhealthy for you and might fit in with your  ‘the best diet for me’, but you won’t know until you try. Basically what I am asking for is some more personal types of videos that talk about your own experience that may shed some more light into why you eat the way you do 🙂

I’d also love a video about B12… I’m pretty sure you began supplementing? I remember that from the blood test videos. I think if you are to say that FullyRaw is the best diet for you that you should also mention that you also supplement with B12 (and anything else you may supplement!) and it would also be great to understanding your reasoning behind it.

    All the best!

  10. Hello  Kristina, I used to   work out   a lot on my  treadmill   at home or I would  work  out in the   Gym, until I  got sick.  I  just   started    watching  your  video.  I am    60 years old and  have   a  trouble  with  my  stomach.   Been on  med’s   and antibiotics  for H-Pylori. This will be my  second trip to the  doctors  for a   breath test to  see if I  still have this bacteria.  My stomach  hurts   me and I  have  had  a lot of  trouble   passing gas.  I  am  a  type 2 diabetic, but  I am not on   any med’s. I  watch my  sugars  and have been   eating     a lot of fruits.  I  lost  over  35 pounds,  watching   the foods, that I   eat and I am now  at a   stand still.     I would like to  lose  some more  weigh. I am  now   at  185 pounds.
I’m not  looking  to  be  small, for   a 5’6  ft  person,  with  a flat   stomach,  but I am  wanting  to  look  like I am  in  good shape. I  goal is to  reach   132 pounds   My stomach  is bloat  all the  time.   I  do drink a lot of water.   I  don’t know how, I got this H-Pylori, but I do know  I   ate   a lot of apples, before I  got  sick.   And  I  gave up   a lot of    foods  and   I don’t   drink, any  soda’s anymore, but  once in  a  blue moon.  I  don’t   even drink  coffee anymore, not like I  used too.  It’s  been   water  and   my portion  of  skim milk   in the mornings with my   fiber cereal.  I   love  grapes   and   now I am   eating oranges for  a  snack.   Now  I am    at lease  walking  again   10 minutes  on my  treadmill  a  day.  So  Thank you  for    sharing  your  videos.  God Bless @ Faith Lynn Roberts

  11. I am trying to go raw and heal my gut and intestines. I been taking omeprazole pills and want to come of them badly( it is for acid reflux). Does anybody have experience in this area?

  12. Recently I actually have been eating a bag of raw baby carrots for breakfast. Random right? Lol but I feel incredible after. It really makes a difference when you eat the foods God provided for us to live on and to sustain us in the first place. Great video girl
