Kino you’re such an inspiration and role model for me! Do you have any tips for building more arm strenght? I can never hold an handstand because of my weak arms and shoulders, but I’m trying so hard to build more muscles…

I’m not Kino but … start doing Bakasana, and then when you can hold it for 5 long breaths with your arms fairly straight, you can try jumping into it from down dog. That will definitely build upper body strength.
