Happy New Year from Tony Robbins! | 4 Steps To Keeping Your 2020 Resolutions

Every year in January, millions of people write their New Year’s resolutions, committing to what they are going to change in the coming year. For nearly half, these resolutions are related to health, such as weight loss and fitness. Yet 80% of New Year’s resolutions will fail by February.

To be successful, your resolution needs three things: a desired outcome, smart strategy and focused action. So many of us fail because we are missing the middle piece – smart strategy – and we opt for blindly taking action, like starting a crash diet or blasting out your resume. The good news? You can avoid this trap and beat the odds this year – just use Tony’s strategy for success: Get clear on your desired outcome, know your purpose, take massive action, notice your results, and change your approach.

  1. Tony Robbins…changing lives! Thank you for everything you do. One of the main reasons why I started my coaching business for men. Blessed!

  2. I highly recommend following Tony’s videos. After 5 years of goal setting and working hard, I was able to change my career from accounting to life coaching. These videos transformed many aspects of my life and I recently quit my job to start my own coaching business to help people find their purpose just like Tony helped me.
    Thank you Tony

    • The Coaching Talks you’re an inspiration. I’m currently working in a bank doing 9 to 5, and I feel like quitting as well. I feel like there’s so much more about life that we are not enjoying. What was the first step you took to make the jump?

    • Viver com Propósito thank you for your kind words. Honestly the first step is self-reflection, understanding what I really wanted from life and what are the things that truly made me happy. The vision or the dream that I wanted came up from the self-reflection, then I started listing all the things I can apply right away, the secret is to find your happiness now and not to think that you will be happy only when you reach your goals. The grass is always greener as long as you water it and this builds a strong character and a motivation to achieve your dream. The next stage was to set goals in different aspects of my life in order to be capable to make the change. It took me 5 years, it may take you less or longer there is no benchmark, it’s your journey. The most important part is the discipline and patience because great things take time. I recently started my social media channels so please follow me and let me know if there is anything I can help with. I totally understand your feeling and I was lucky I found many mentors to help me in this journey.
