Anyone can communicate with these entities, create them, help destroy them, and gain higher awareness and extra sensory perception if they Will it so. What to Will is part of the required data. Knowledge helps focus instincts, intuition, perception of the world beyond the limits of time, linear time, which is where Saturn and the moon come in.

Whoever…..the most important aspect David mentioned is that the matrix resides in our head.
